Exports of B&H in 2015amounted to 8.98 billion BAM, which represents an increase of 3.5 % in comparison to the previous year.
Agency for Statistics of B&H published that the imports amounted to 15.85 billion BAM last year, which is by 2.1 % less than in 2014. The coverage of import by export was 56.7 %, while the foreign trade deficit amounted to 6.86 billion BAM.
Exports to CEFTA countries amounted to 1.33 billion BAM last year, which is a decrease of 1.8 % compared to 2014, while imports amounted to 1.96 billion BAM which is by 5 % higher than the previous year.
The coverage of import by export was 68.2 %. Exports to EU countries amounted to 6.45 billion BAM, which is by 3 % more in comparison to 2014, while imports amounted to 9.95 billion BAM, which is by 1.1 % more than in the same period last year.
The coverage of import by export with the EU countries amounted to 66.9 %.
