The newly elected Mayor of the Centar Municipality Nedžad Ajnadžić stated that representatives of Bayern München will come to Sarajevo to talk about cooperation in terms of investing in the Koševo stadium.
Ajnadžić said that Koševo stadium is among the projects that he defined as high priorities.
“We want to reconstruct the Koševo stadium and make it compliant with standards of FIFA and UEFA. We want to improve infrastructure on the stadium and we are working on the promotion and active engagement of all those who are in charge, especially the Center for sports and recreation, to launch the procedure of correction of the regulatory plan so that the elements that are necessary for these architectural and reconstructive changes of the Koševo stadium could be complemented,” said Ajnadžić.
Ajnadžić primarily referred to the underground garage, a hotel complex and an outdoor pool. These are the elements that should complement the Koševo stadium.
