Beckham Building Spectacular €850 Million Stadium in Miami

Inter Miami, a club owned by the legendary David Beckham, is preparing for a completely new chapter in its story, and the center of that chapter will be the impressive Miami Freedom Park, which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2026.

The entire project, owned by the legendary English national team player, is worth 850 million euros.

On an area of ​​134 hectares, the stadium and complex are emerging near Miami International Airport, and already promise to become the new heart of the sporting and social life of this city.

The main stadium will have a capacity for 25,000 spectators, with a modern design that, according to the vice president of the project, Graham Oxley, allows for incredible acoustics.

It is this “electric atmosphere” that should give Inter Miami a home field that will be difficult for anyone to play on.

For those with deeper pockets, the stadium will offer luxury apartments with seasonal prices starting at 60,000 euros, and they are already on sale for season ticket holders. But the stadium will also feature a wide range of accessible seating options to ensure that all fans can enjoy a top-notch football experience.

Miami Freedom Park will not just be a stadium – it will be an entire complex for families, athletes and entertainment enthusiasts.

It is planned to include a 58-acre public park open daily, and the space will also include shops, restaurants and additional sports fields. Unlike the heavily trafficked area near Miami International Airport where the stadium is being built, the park aims to be a vibrant and accessible destination year-round. As stadium officials said earlier this week, the site is being prepared to host concerts and a variety of other events once it is completed.

Given the potential for delays in the finishing touches and the demands of the MLS schedule, there is a possibility that Inter Miami will play their first games of next season on the road, but the club’s goal is clear – to play all of its home games in the new stadium.

News from the construction site suggests that half of the work is already complete, and the stadium’s contours are becoming increasingly visible. Miami Freedom Park is envisioned as an inclusive, accessible, and modern hub that will play a role far beyond soccer.

When it opens in 2026, the stadium—with Lionel Messi’s name, the club’s global popularity, and ambitious plans—will transform Miami into one of the most exciting soccer destinations in the United States.
