The joyful spirit of Easter has filled homes, churches, and streets across Bosnia and Herzegovina, as believers mark one of the most important Christian holidays – the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

From early morning masses to traditional family gatherings, Easter is being observed with deep faith, hope, and a sense of renewal. In cities like Sarajevo, Mostar, and Banja Luka, churches welcomed numerous worshippers who came to celebrate this sacred day, symbolizing victory of life over death and light over darkness.

The holiday is also an opportunity for families to come together, share festive meals, and preserve long-standing customs such as decorating eggs and preparing traditional dishes. Messages of peace, unity, and solidarity resonate strongly this year, reminding citizens of the importance of togetherness and compassion.

On this special occasion, Sarajevo Times extends its heartfelt congratulations to all readers who celebrate Easter.

May this holiday bring joy, health, and prosperity to you and your loved ones, and inspire hope and positivity in the days ahead.
