After the successful year of 2012, the next year 2013 is going to be a good chance for the International Airport Sarajevo to succeed even more. Several airline companies have already announced their plans to introduce their flights to Sarajevo in 2013.

In spite of several announcements of potential B&H owners by the Government, not one has been realized. Nevertheless, there are signs of improvement and bright future for the International Airport Sarajevo and B&H Airlines in 2013.

Earlier on, sarajevotimes.com has reported about the confirmation of the Turkish ”Pegasus” Airline Company to introduce their flights from the capital of Turkey to Sarajevo. The aforementioned arrangement was slightly changed, because this Turkish company will operate around 18 flights per week in 2013. International Airport Sarajevo will maintain its daily operation of flights.  Due to this, the passengers will have to choose between roughly thirty flights per week.

As a part of other negotiations,” Flydubai” had offered to introduce two flights per week from Dubai to Sarajevo. Another airline company from Kuwait, ”Gryphon Airlines” is interested to reintroduce their flights during the summer.

B&H Airlines is also currently negotiating with ”Wizz Air” that will introduce flights from several B&H cities. The ”Norwegian Air Shuttle” also offered to operate flights from Copenhagen to Sarajevo, besides the already established flights from Stockholm and Oslo.

B&H Airlines is currently negotiating with other airline companies, so according to the aforementioned collaborations, nothing stands between B&H Airlines and their success in 2013.
