Bevanda met with the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in B&H

meeting (1)Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B&H and Minister of Finance and Treasury, Vjekoslav Bevanda, received the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to B&H, Hani bin Abdullah Mominah, with whom he discussed opportunities for economic cooperation.

During the meeting was emphasized that B&H and Saudi Arabia have very good bilateral relations, and that the two countries should continuously work on improvement of economic cooperation between them, since there are unused potentials in the fields of economy, tourism as well as cultural cooperation.

Bevanda emphasized that the progress in the reform process in B&H is visible, and that it is necessary to continue with these activities, which will contribute to creation of better environment for attracting foreign investments.

They also discussed the preparations for signing of the contract on the basis of which the Saudi Fund for Development will approve a grant of about 22 million USD for construction and equipping of the University Library in Sarajevo soon, and a loan of about 6 million USD for infrastructure projects in Gorazde, as announced from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
