Drawing of the pairs for the playoffs of the World Championships 2017 in handball which is to be played in France was held in Poland.
Playoff matches will begin on June 10 and end on June 16, 2016. In the playoffs for the last year’s World Championships in Qatar, the B&H national team played against Iceland and it was the first time B&H qualified for a great competition.
First match of the playoffs for World Championships 2017 will be played in Sweden. As a reminder, Sweden won the eight place on the European Championships in Poland. It is a national team that won the second place at the Olympic Games in London four years ago, after being defeated in the finals by France with a minimum result of 22:21.
