The 25-year-old BH basketball player Fahro Alihodžić, a member of the Argentinean club Estudiantes Concordia, was invited to the national team of UK and he decided to accept that invitation.
Alihodžić was born in Vlasenica in 1989, and in 1992 he went to UK with his family after which he moved to the USA. During his career, the 208 cm tall and 25-year-old center performed for the clubs in USA, Greece, Spain and Hungary, and he is currently a member of Estudiantes Concordia in Argentina.
Alihodžić has been long rejecting the invitations of the coach of the national team of UK hoping for an invitation from the national team of B&H, which never came. Given that, as he stated earlier, he owes a lot to UK, this time Alihodžić decided to respond positively to the invitation to the national team, and he is now on the list of 19 basketball players.
