The B&H basketball team will play against Latvia tomorrow in the hall ‘’Podmežakla’’ in Jesenica at 14:30. With this game, they will begin their performance for the European Championship, which will be held from 4-22 September in Slovenia.
The group stage of the competition will be held in Ljubljana, Koper, Celje and Jesenica, and a total of 24 European teams will take part. The best B&H basketball players will perform in the B Group with Latvia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Lithuania.
Players of coach Alexander Petrović prepared for the European Championships in Sarajevo, and at preparation tournaments in Slovenia, Germany and Greece.
