poslodavacA research where B&H citizens will express which companies are the most desirable employers in B&H in 2014 began.

The research “The most desirable employer” for the eighth consecutive year is implemented by the company Development Studio/portal Posao.ba via the online questionnaire.

All the participants in the research can mention three best companies  by their opinion and will say what they consider that these companies are the most desirable employers (wages, relation towards employees, possibility of promotion etc).

By participating in this research, citizens will give their contribution in recognizing the companies that care for their employees, and in addition can win valuable prizes.

The aim of the project “The most desirable employer” is to promote positive practices of human resource management in B&H. In this way, companies will be motivated to improve their relation towards employees, and to offer to them better conditions for work, development and education.

An official ceremony on prize award and to inform the public on resutls of the research will be held in April 2014. More information can be found on: www.poslodavac.ba.
