The seminar began with a film on the host country, and the President of FIFA Sepp Blatter opened the seminar.

In his introduction speech, Blatter singled out the B&H team as a debut and congratulated them for placement to the World Cup, and told a short story about the B&H team: ‘’One month ago I was in Sarajevo as part of the manifestation of the International League of Humanists, of which I am a member. Then, the B&H team had still not qualified for the World Cup, but you all know that there are three religions over there that football united’’, announced from the B&H Football Association.
