BOSNIA-EU-BALKANS-SUMMITThe Office of the Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule issued an invitation to the Chairman of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović for the presence of the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the international donors’ conference to help Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, which will be held at the ministerial level on 16 July in Brussels, confirmed to FENA the BiH Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg Bisera Turković.

She said that Bosnia and Herzegovina is expected to arrive with the delegation in the format 1 +15.

Invitation for participation in the conference was addressed to foreign ministers of the EU member states.

Direct flood damages and economic consequences in Bosnia and Herzegovina will amount to more than four billion KM.

It is expected that the conference in Brussels, together with fundraising, also yields conclusions about climate change, water management and risk management.

Slovenia and France are the initiators of the upcoming donors’ conference to raise funds to mitigate the consequences of catastrophic flooding that hit Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
