The B&H tennis team began preparations for the match of the first round of Group II of the Euro-African Zone of the Davis Cup.
In the first roll call by coach Amer Delić, all four players from B&H responded, and among them is Mirza Bašić, who is returning to the best B&H team after several years.
‘’We gathered in Sarajevo and Mirza is here, which is a very good thing. The very atmosphere that prevails in connection to Damir’s success was very positive. As I said earlier, I hope that this will be a motive to other players and that we will achieve good rsults here’’, said Delić to Fena Agency.
The B&H team will play with Greece from 31 January to 2 February in the ‘Ramiz Salčin’ Hall on Mojmilo, a suburb of Sarajevo.
The first match is scheduled for Friday at 13:00. Damir Džumhur, Mirza Bašić, Aldin Šetkić and Tomislav Brkić make up the B&H team.
