BiH Foreign Minister receives Ambassador of Japan to BiH in a Farewell Visit

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bisera Turković, today received the Ambassador of Japan, Makoto Ito, in a farewell visit.

They discussed the good and friendly relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Japan, the current political situation in both countries, the formation of the government after the General Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and reform processes.

Minister Turković thanked Japanese Ambassador Makoto Ito for his engagement, personal contribution and cooperation during his term in BiH, as well as for all the help and support that Japan has provided to our country all these years.

The interlocutors also exchanged opinions on activities to improve relations, in the context of the exchange of support in candidacies for various positions in international organizations and bodies, stated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
