The Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zukan Helez and the Deputy Minister for Policy and Planning Slaven Galić traveled to London today, where they will have official meetings with prominent officials of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Minister Helez is making this official visit at the invitation of the UK Embassy in BiH and the “Clarion Defense & Security” agency, which organizes the DSEI international military industry fair, which is being held this week in the capital of the UK.
Minister Helez and Deputy Minister Galić will be on an official visit to London until September 14, 2023, and in addition to the visit to the DSEI fair, talks are planned with the British Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Stuart Peach, the UK Minister for the Armed Forces James Hippie and other officials of the ministry of UK Defense and representatives of the “Clarion” agency.
The meetings will discuss BiH’s path towards Euro-Atlantic integration and the further development of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of BiH, the Ministry of Defense of BiH announced.
