BiH Minister of Security Spoke with the Swiss Ambassador

The BiH Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić and his associates spoke today in Sarajevo with the Ambassador of Switzerland to BiH Andre Schaller and the Director of the Swiss Office for Cooperation in BiH Gunter Joseph.

The cooperation of BiH and Switzerland was assessed as very successful, especially in the fight against all forms of crime, in the management of migration flows and the readmission of persons residing without authorization and expressed readiness to continue with cooperation.

During the meeting they spoke of the project of blocking off places for illegally crossing the border of BiH in selected areas, as well as support projects in the area of development of the immigration and asylum system in BiH. It was said that in this plan BiH is more than welcome and receives the support of European countries.

It was stressed that the realization of these projects would have a positive impact on the European Commission when it comes to implementing the Road Map for EU membership.
