The Minister of Municipal Economy, Infrastructure and Physical Planning of the Canton of Brasov, Bojan Bošnjak, arrested as part of the Incitat 2 operation, has been handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office. After questioning the suspect, the acting prosecutor will decide on further measures.
We remind you that during his arrest, numerous documents were seized that could serve as evidence of illegal construction on Bjelašnica Mountain. He is suspected of the criminal offense of ‘abuse of position or authority.
Bošnjak is a member of the Naša stranka party, which issued a statement after his arrest, stating that they fully support the work of the judiciary.
