BiH Prosecutor’s Office Files Custody Motion for 12 Persons Arrested for War Crimes

prosecutor officeTogether with the Court of BiH, the BiH Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion for custody for 12 persons on suspicion that during 1992 in the Prijedor area they committed war crimes against humanity against Bosniaks population in this area.

Custody motion has been filed for: Milunić Dušan aka „Bizon“, 2. Stojnić Radomir aka „Grom“ 3. Četić Radovan aka „Rade“, 4. Stojnić Zoran 5. Grbić Željko aka “Mali Cule”, 6. Zorić Ilija 7. Milunić Zoran 8. Grujičić Boško 9. Grujčić Rade 10. Grujčić Uroš 11. Grbić Rajko aka „Patak“ an 12. Gnjatović Rajko aka „Aćim“.

Custody has been proposed because of the danger if remaining at liberty, the suspects could hinder the investigation, suppress evidence and influence witnesses or accomplices, and also because the nature of crime which has caused great disturbance to citizens and the public, announced the BiH Prosecution.
