Representatives of the Football Association of BiH held a meeting with the famous Turkish coach Fatih Terim in Istanbul, and he is one of the candidates for the selector of the National football team of BiH.

“We are searching for a selector and Terim is one of the top five coaches in the world and BiH wants him for a selector. We will see what will happen. We will think about it. We have a very good national team, but we do not have a selector at the moment,” said former football player of BiH, Tarik Hodzic, who was the mediator in negotiations.

Terim stated that he had a very constructive conversation with the delegation of the Football Association of BiH.

When asked if they reached a specific agreement, Terim stated that the public will be informed if that happens.

In the Delegation of the Commission for the appointment of the new selector of the National football team of BiH were also Zvjezdan Misimovic and Sead Kajtaz.

At the proposal of the Commission, the members of the Executive Board of the AF BiH will chose the selector on a session that is scheduled for December 21. So far, the main candidates for the successor of Mehmed Bazdarevic are Robert Prosinecki and Amar Osim.
