Members of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’s) State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested one person on Tuesday over act of murder in China, SIPA stated in a press release on Wednesday.

Taking a series of operational tactical measures and actions, SIPA police officers located the person and arrested during the raid in the city of Bijeljina, located 180 kilometers northeast of the capital Sarajevo.

“The authorities of China issued a red notice over Interpol National Central Bureau because of the existence of suspicion and connection with the commission of a criminal offense of murder committed on the territory of China,”SIPA added in the press statement.

The person deprived of liberty will be handed over to the Court of BiH for further action.
