The body of a man was pulled from the river Drina in the Orlovo polje locality in Bijeljina, and the investigation determined that it is most likely a person of Afro-Asian origin, the Bijeljina Police Department announced.
Yesterday, members of the Janja Police Station acted immediately upon a citizen’s report that a man’s body was floating in the river Drina, and together with members of the Civil Protection of Bijeljina, they pulled the body out of the water.
The prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina ordered the taking of all necessary measures and actions with the aim of establishing the identity and circumstances.
