A Set of Laws for the Increase of Salaries for all Employees in RS adopted

The National Assembly adopted set of laws whose amends result in an increase of salaries of all employees in the RS.

They adopted Laws on Amendments to the Law on Labour and Law on Income Tax, Law on Salaries of Employees in the Administration Bodies of the RS, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, in the field of education and culture, in public services of the RS, in public institutions in the field of healthcare of the RS, and the Law on Salaries and Compensations of Judges and Public Prosecutors in the RS.

Deputies also adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law on General Administrative Procedure, which should further improve access and establishment of good administration as the most important civil right with the aim of full realization of the rights of citizens through this process of legal regulation.

The National Assembly of the RS also adopted the Law on Culture, which systematically regulates general interest and principles in culture, the process of conducting cultural activities, rights, obligations and responsibilities of all subjects, conditions for conducting activities and procedures for co-financing and financing activities in the field of culture, cultural politics and other issues related to this field.

The National Assembly adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law on Scientific Research and Technological Development with which were created preconditions and conditions for reaching strategic goals in the field of science and technology.

They also adopted the Strategy for fight against corruption in the RS for the period 2018 – 2022.
