Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Crnadak signed, on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the border agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
The agreement on behalf Montenegro was signed by Montenegrin Minister of Interior Raško Konjević.
The signing ceremony which took place at the building of the Presidency of the Republic of Austria was attended by Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Čović, President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović and President of Austria Heinz Fisher, as well as foreign ministers of Montenegro and the Republic of Austria Igor Lukšić and Sebastian Kurz.
The signing of the agreement was preceded by a meeting between Chairman Čović, President Vujanović and President Fisher attended also by foreign ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the Republic of Austria, Igor Crnadak, Igor Lukšić and Sebastian Kurz.
The border agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro is the first agreement on border demarcation signed between any of the countries of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, stated the Public Affairs Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH.
