Branislav Borenović, a PDP representative in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, spoke out tonight about the attack in front of the building where he lives in Banja Luka, in which he was injured.

“Now it cleared up… Everything is fine, my eyes burn, and my brain even more, thinking why, why… The first time in my 51st year that something crazy like this happened to me! Everything happened quickly, when I got out of the car in front of my building, two masked men approached, sprayed my face, without hitting me, muttered something and disappeared… By the time I came to, it was burning like hell. After a few minutes, I somehow managed to call 122, super fast, the police came really correct and professional, and I arrived at the emergency room extremely quickly for some drops…” he wrote.

“Thank you to everyone who calls, sends messages… The police and medical workers – a big thank you. And finally, when the mother calls and begs me: son, come and spend the night with us, and she had spinal surgery, left the hospital yesterday, and dad can barely walk… the man is shaking from the pain. But let’s move on, everything will be fine, my dear good friends and people,” said Borenović.

He stated that he is currently in the eye department of the University Clinical Center in Banja Luka, and that he is doing well.
