The Company Rotana, which is managing a large number of hotels, announced the opening of the Bosmal Arjaan Hotel in the last quarter of this year, and they announced an international ad for chief of staff several days ago.

To recall, Rotana, one of the largest companies of this type in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, signed a contract according to which it will manage Bosmal, which will become a hotel.

“Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana is a modern hotel in Sarajevo, the capital city of BiH. It will provide the best entertainment and hospitality services, as well as the possibility for organizing conferences. It is intended for guests who appreciate the convenience, comfort, and experience of a city lifestyle. The hotel will offer a total of 130 accommodation units,” as noted from the hotel.

According to the announcement, the hotel should include swimming pools, saunas, Turkish bath, gym and numerous other facilities.

It is interesting that Rotana took over the management of the hotel Cayan Tower in Dubai at the same time as Bosmal. The opening of Cayan Tower was announced in the third quarter of 2018.

All of this indicates that Bosmal Arjaan will bring something new to Sarajevo, which is becoming an increasingly important destination on the map of tourist as well as business people every year.

Strategically located at the Bosmal City Centre complex in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital city, Sarajevo, Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana will be the second tallest residential tower in the Balkans region. Managed under the ‘Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana’ brand, the property will feature 130 two and three-bedroom units, in addition to a gymnasium, two indoor pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and multiple treatment rooms.

To recall, Al Thani Ltd. Sarajevo company purchased most of the premises in the Residence and Business Complex Bosmal in Sarajevo for 35.2 million BAM, as confirmed by the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

As reported earlier, one of the members of the Qatar royal family Al Thani, Shaykh Zayed Mohammed bin Zayed, who lives in the United Arab Emirates, purchased most of the premises in Bosmal from UniCredit Bank Ltd. Mostar.

The Municipal Court stated that the execution procedure was terminated, and with the joint submission from June 7, 2017, the executing investigator, executor and bank creditor of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad informed the court that they reached an agreement on the properties that are the subject of execution in this enforcement procedure to be sold through a direct agreement. The Court established that the legal conditions for this sale were fulfilled.

According to data from the Registry of Business Entities of BiH, the founders of the company are Al Thani Companies Group (United Arab Emirates) and BCC Management Ltd. (Sarajevo). It is interesting that the company BCC Management from Sarajevo is owned by the former owners of Bosmal, that is, the Sabanovic family.

Firma Al Thani Ltd. Sarajevo was established in November last year with a capital of 4, 000 BAM (2, 000 BAM by Al Thani Companies Group and 2, 000 BAM by BCC Management). In the part that is related to the administration, Edina Karasuljic was named as director.
