This Sunday, 24 February, Jews will celebrate Purim, which is a holiday that represents the symbol of survival, reports FENA.
President of Jewish Community in BiH Jakob Finci said that on the occasion of Purim in Jewish Municipality in Sarajevo on 2 March, a costume ball will be held.
Finci added that classical Jewish dishes are being made for the occasion of that holiday, while in BiH particularly, Jews make ”crna halva” which became both Bosnian and Jewish delicacy.
Crna halva is a cake which is made of cocoa, flour, oil, sugar and milk.
