Bosnian bought the entire Floor of the Complex Porto Budva for 7 million EUR

porto-budvaSvemir Vojinovic from BiH bought the entire floor for a total of 7 million EUR in the complex Porto Budva, which is constructed by Alart center-Budva-Montenegro.

“We believe that it is better to invest in the area of former Yugoslavia, because of loans. It is easier to do business in the West, but everything is under loans,” said Vojinovic, adding that he decided to invest in Budva because he and his wife like the Mediterranean.

Their first investment was the penthouse with the surface of 170 square meters in Budva that was constructed by the same company, and then they decided to buy the entire floor in Porto Budva.

He added that he is regularly coming from the US in the last four years and that he noticed many positive changes.

Vojinovic said that he would suggest to everyone who managed to save something in the last 10, 20 years to come to invest here because it is much better to do it here than in the West.

“Even when I pay off my house in the US, my annual tax is 12,000 USD. Taxes there are huge,” said Vojinovic, adding that conditions for investment are much more favorable here.

The entire floor of the new building above the spa center, which should be completed in 2019, will contain a total of 20 suites with restaurant, kitchen and supporting facilities.

The complex consists of two floors of garages, two floors of a shopping center (8,000 square meters), spa center (3,500 square meters) and nine residential floors.
