The pupils and employees of the “Harmani 2” primary school made a great program and the hall of the Cultural Center Bihac was crowded. Children’s’ cheerful faces, playful and cheered performances, as well as the positive atmosphere with the colors of Bosnia and Herzegovina flag, once again reminded everyone of the beauty of our homeland.
A special moment in the evening was marked by a boy from Afghanistan Rasid Alimi, who sang the song “There should be no war”. His performance aroused great emotions at the Cultural Center and he was welcomed with great applause.
The Director of the “Harmani 2” School, Amir Fajic said that students each year organize a performance on the occasion of Statehood Day. Twenty days ago, in cooperation with the Faculty of Pedagogy in Bihac, the school realized a project where students of “Harmani 2” school stayed at the migration center in Sedra, where children learned through different workshops, Fajic told Klix.ba news website.
“Then we came up with the idea that to get them involved in the event that we prepared, which they accepted with enthusiasm, so one group of children recited a song with our students, and in the end of the event a boy from Afghanistan expressed his desire to sing a song by Djordje Balasevic,” Fajic added.
