The Bridge over Sava near Svilaj to be constructed by the End of 2018

svilaj-bridge Yesterday at the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH was established the Proposal of basis for negotiations in order to conclude the agreement on amendments to the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of Croatia on the construction of the interstate bridge over the Sava River at the locality Svilaj and connecting border sections of the highway on Corridor 5C.

Interstate bridge over Sava River near Svilaj will be constructed by the end of 2018, in accordance with the contract that was signed with the contractor, which is the reason for changing the previously signed agreement and alignment of the deadline from 2012 with a new, realistic deadline for the construction of this bridge.

The proposal will be submitted to the Presidency of BiH for further procedure, with the proposal that the signatory of the agreement is the Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH, as announced by the Service for Information of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
