The music magazine Uncut, in its edition for February 2015 commends on Amira Medunjanin’s album Silk & Stone.
Nigel Williamson writes that this album (3rd Amira’s album) was decisive for her carrier. This critic says that her voice bridges the space between the famous Oum Kalthoum and Billie Holiday. He also pointed out that it helped Amira to become the most perspective contemporary voice of Eastern Europe.
And she really deserved it!
