Calls for a Boycott of the Kebab Shop after an Advertisement that made the Public laugh

The advertisement of the “Hari” kebab shop in Travnik, which caused a lot of positive reactions, was not liked by everyone.

On the jumbo billboard of this popular kebab shop, it says simply: “The only well-deserved Excellent (ten) grade in Travnik”.

There is an interesting play on words in the advertisement, i.e. the double meaning of the word “Ten”, as a portion of kebab and as a rating for quality. Of course, there is also an allusion to private colleges in Travnik where, allegedly, it is easy to get passing grades and diplomas.

However, the students of these faculties did not react well to this campaign, and some of them even called for a boycott of “Hari” on social media.

“All of us from Travnik who supported you deserve a ten, our city, our children, our students, our natural beauties, our Vlasic, our University, our everything deserve a ten. You are a shame that elevates yourself and belittles others,” is stated in the call for a boycott on Facebook.
