Canak: BiH must survive as an integral, unified, civil State

Yesterday, the President of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, Nenad Canak, speaking at the session of “Circle 99” on the topic “Should Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) be built as a modern state and a sovereign nation of free citizens?”, stated that BiH must survive and be integral, unified, and civil state.

He said that today’s BiH, must be reformed, “because it cannot survive like this, as a constant hostage of mutually nourished nationalisms, as an eternal topic and an eternal victim of Greater Serbia ideas from the East and Greater Croatia ideas from the West.”

“The idea of creating a third entity in BiH, for example, is another of those weird ideas that survive as ideas about ethnic divisions in BiH, and ethnic divisions in BiH only and exclusively serve to show what Milorad Dodik, who is, in my opinion the example of evil in BiH, said the other day, referring to his statement ‘how we live now is proof that we cannot live together ‘, which is an ominous reminder of the words of Radovan Karadzic, a war criminal sentenced to life imprisonment for his horrible deeds, ‘we can no longer live with them, ” told Canak.

That is why, he added, BiH must survive – integral, unified, civil.

Among other things, Canak noted that BiH, as well as Vojvodina and Montenegro, which is currently under terrible attack, “cannot survive without being space of equal citizens, equal peoples, equal religious communities, which are all separated from the state.”

According to him, BiH consists of the most sensitive fabric of these noble differences, which carry the potential to create a truly civil, truly civilized, truly humane society, “which is why it is a space of such savage aspirations for its being.”

“BiH must survive, it must be united and civil, and that is the whole story,” Canak concluded, Klix.ba writes.
