Today was held the Christmas Mass led by Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Cardinal Vinko Puljic in the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Sarajevo.
In the addressing to numerous faithful, Puljic reminded once again on the importance and power of forgiveness which is the divine act.
“God is communicating with people in different ways, and He sent His revelation through the prophets. And then He incarnated His word in Jesus on the Christmas night. That word spoke true revelation through human face. Jesus came as a light to enlighten the humanity,” said Puljic.
He reminded on the human pain, which is now reflected in the bureaucracy where people are experiencing humiliation, as Jesus came among his people, and they did not receive him.
“God must be put on the first place. In today’s mentality of pleasure and selfishness, we cannot recognize the light of Jesus’. That’s why the arrival of Christ, man should take worth as their lives,” concluded Puljic.
“There is no joy without love, and there is no love without sacrifice,” concluded the Archbishop of Vrhbosna.
