The president of the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) entity Federation of BiH (FBiH) Marinko Cavara (HDZ BiH party) is of the opinion that High Representative Christian Schmidt is acting against the interests of the Croatian people and that the goal of current policies is to “Islamize BiH”.
Cavara, a person from the United States (U.S.) blacklist, believes that if the election process is not a serious matter, the decision of the high representative would be ridiculous.
The President of the FBiH is of the opinion that the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH was politically organized by the SDA and that the CEC can punish “whoever it wants” with the imposed changes to the election law.
”On the other hand, succumbing to so much pressure, from a mob on the road, is absurd in the sense that someone wants to show that they want the good of BiH, and there are mechanisms for that, and there should also be strengthened through the institutions, however, they absolutely showed that they were scared, especially High Representative Schmidt who, instead of doing what he should, canceled all the decisions made by high representatives, he again threatens the Croatian people who are fighting the most for both Dayton and Washington,” Cavara said in an interview.
Cavara also believes that someone wants to enable BiH to be “Islamized”, which is clearly shown by all Bosniak parties, as well as all parties that participated in the protests in front of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) building.
”So much anger and hatred expressed towards the Croatian people because they want to have legitimate representatives,” he concluded, Klix.ba writes.
