After the media reported that there are no cardio surgeons in Republika Srpska, and in the desire to help the patients, the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (CCUS) invited all patients from the RS who need cardio interventions to come to this health care institution.

In order to be treated at CCUS, patients need to have a referral and approval of the Health Insurance Fund of the RS. Moreover, we would like to inform patients from the RS that CCUS offers them excellent intervention services, both diagnostic and therapeutic, as announced from the CCUS.

To recall, a couple of months ago, the Association of citizens suffering from the Breast Cancer “Iskra” in cooperation with the University Clinical Center in Banja Luka, offered to all oncology patients who were deprived of radiation service at CCUS Sarajevo, to have their radiation and chemotherapy treatments at UCC Banja Luka.
