CEC BiH reveals Preliminary unofficial and incomplete Results of local Elections

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) announced on Monday at 15:00 the new preliminary unofficial and incomplete results of the local elections held on Sunday.

On the website of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is stated that 94.07 percent of polling stations have been processed when it comes to voting for chiefs and mayors. 93.50 percent of valid ballots were registered, while 6.50 percent were invalid. When it comes to voting for councilors and councilors in city and municipal councils in the Federation of BiH and city and municipal assemblies in the Republic of Srpska, and for the Brčko District Assembly, 85.96 percent of polling stations were processed, and 94.58 percent of valid ballots were registered.

In accordance with the provisions of the Election Law, the CEC publishes preliminary unofficial and incomplete results according to a certain schedule.

“In the next five days, we will do it every 24 hours, that is, every day at 3 p.m., and the following days after that every 48 hours until the publication of the final and complete election results,” the President of the CEC of BiH, Irena Hadžiabdić, said earlier.
