The Central Bosnia Canton (SBK) Ministry of Economy has issued a public call for a concession to build a wind farm in the area of Ranča-Vitovlje Malo in municipality Travnik.
The concession is given by the system D.B.O.T. (Design, Build, Operate, Transfer) for a period of 30 days, and the concessionaire is obliged to design and build a wind farm, as well as to resolve the property-related rights before entering the property and to obtain the necessary permits.
The concession is granted by a concession fee of at least 1.5 percent of the total electricity produced based on an applicable purchase price for renewable energy.
When evaluating offers of 20 points it will carry a technical bid with a preliminary ruling of the wind farm and assessment of installed power, cost price, and budget justification construction.
A letter from the commercial bank that a company of such a credit rating that can provide needed credit funds will bring 15 points, the amount of compensation offered will be evaluated with 50 points, and the criteria that the company has at least one building constructed on the territory of the FBiH for the production of electricity from renewable resources in the last three years will bring 15 points.
The deadline for submission of bids is 30 days from the publication of a public tender, while the location and opening of bids will be notified in writing.
