Today, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina unanimously passed the Decision on confirming the results of the indirect elections and awarding mandates for the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from Republika Srpska.

According to this decision, the mandate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament from the RS was awarded to: Snježana Novaković-Bursać, Nikola Špirić, Sredoje Nović and Radovan Kovačević from SNSD and Želimir Nešković from the SDS.

On January 5, 2023, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed the Decision on determining the results of intermediate elections and assigning mandates to delegates to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the RS.

An appeal was filed against this decision. The Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina acted on the appeal mentioned above. The appeal was rejected as unfounded so the conditions have been met for the adoption of the Decision on the confirmation of the results of the intermediate elections and the allocation of mandates for the House of Peoples of the BiH PA from the RS, stated the CEC BiH.
