Central Event of Igman March 2014 on 25 January

igmanski-mars-The Organizing Committee of marking the 72nd anniversary of the remembrance of the Igman March adopted the Operational Program of the Igman March 2014.

The central event of the Igman March 2014 will be held on Saturday, 25 January. The march is expected to take place from Brezovača to Veliko Polje, until 13:00, where tribute will be paid, laying of flowers and participants will gather together.

This year’s 72nd anniversary of marking the Igman March begins on 18 January with activities of the UABNOR (Association of Veterans of the National Liberation Anti-Fascist War) Vogošća, bringing together participants of antifascists and participants of NOR at the place of departure of the Igman March at Vogošća.

The Organizing Committee calls on citizens, associations, state institutions and the media to participate in marking this important date in our recent history, said in a statement of the Organizing Committee of marking the 72nd anniversary of remembrance of the Igman March.
