Ceremony in Sarajevo Tomorrow for Beginning of Project ‘SECUP-B&H’

OSCE SECUPTomorrow at 15:00 in the B&H Armed Forces building, there will be an official ceremony for the signing of an agreement for SECUP (Project for Security Upgrade of Ammunition and Weapons Storage Sites in B&H) on cooperation between the B&H Council of Ministers and the OSCE Mission to B&H in the area of defense and security, and a protocol for the implementation of a project for improving security in warehouses for ammunition and weapons in B&H.

It is anticipated that high state officials in B&H, representatives of international organizations and the diplomatic and military-diplomatic corps accredited in B&H will attend the ceremony.

After an address by the B&H Minister of Defense Zekerijah Osmić, Head of the OSCE Mission to B&H Ambassador Fletcher M. Burton and representatives of donor countries the signing of the agreement and protocol will take place. There will also be a presentation for the project SECUP for improving security in warehouses for ammunition and weapons.
