The recreational and entertainment center Pionirska Dolina Zoo marked the beginning of the new business season yesterday with the arrival of new animals, new dwellings and with a number of friends who have helped its development.
The arrival of the seven year old lioness from the zoo in Osijek, Croatia at the beginning of March, the new species Africal Serval, and above all friends who are always ready to help support the development of Pionirska Dolina justified the reason why the company ‘Park’, marked the completion of several projects and officiated the start of a new business season and realization of new value in a B&H recreational-educational center with a zoo.
The ceremony was also part of an opportunity for guests of the company ‘Park’ and ‘Pionirska Dolina’ to see the lioness in her new dwellings, which lives in natural dwellings until 10, and in the zoo twice as long. This is where the new lioness is located, in the Pionirska Dolina Zoo thanks to the financial support of Municipality Center that made it possible for her to be transported from Craotia.
Although the lioness is still in quarantine and under the supervision of the Veterinary Station of Canton Sarajevo, and will remain there until the end of March, visitors today could see her in the open part of the dwelling, which is also part of the quarantined quarters.
