zgrada institucija bihChairman of the House of Representative and the Chairman of the House of Peoples of the BiH House of Parliament Denis Bećirović and Ognjen Tadić, in statements to media after a meeting with the President of Croatia, said that the meeting was successful and that BiH and Croatia would work intensively to resolve open issues.

Tadić offered his personal opinion on the meeting with Josipović and said that the entire meeting was successful and encouraging.

“Josipović’s visit was a chance to draw attention in a different way to the importance of Croatian accession for BiH, and BiH is at the border and with objective issues is moving towards the EU. Some of these issues relate to cooperation with Croatia. It has been made clear that in these bilateral relations, now there is a strong appearance of a third factor that is called the EU’’, said Tadić.

He added that BiH would have to find a solution that would apply the principle when it comes to resolving open issues with Croatia.

Bećirović said that Josipović is a sincere friend of BiH and a political figure who has undivided authority in BiH.

“In the discussion, I provided concrete issues for which we have to find an answer, such as the construction of the bridge, ports of Ploče and Neum, said Bećirović.
