Chargé D’affaires Nicholas Hill to Visit Maglaj and Tuzla

nicholas hillChargé  d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina Nicholas Hill will visit Maglaj and Tuzla on Tuesday, June 17, 2014.

During the trip, Chargé Hill will meet with citizens recovering from the devastating May floods, visit a clean-up effort at a school in Maglaj, and meet with local civic and government officials.

At the school in Maglaj, Chargé Hill will visit and be briefed by a group of 20 American ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) military cadets who are working alongside representatives of the Armed Forces of BiH and EUFOR to refinish one of the school buildings damaged during flooding; materials for the project were provided by the U.S.-based NGO Spirit of America.  In Tuzla, Chargé Hill will meet with Tuzla Mayor Jasmin Imamovic and representatives of civil society.
