Chief Prosecutor meets with Mother of deceased David Dragicevic

The mother of the victim David Dragicevic, Ms Suzana Radanovic, was in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, where she met with Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadic and with Deputy Chief Prosecutor Ozrenka Neskovic who, together with her team, is working on the case.

Ms Suzana Radanovic was acquainted with the activities of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, after taking over the case from the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka and the Special Department of the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republika Srpska.

Considering that in late July the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision refusing to grant the Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadic’ statement not to prosecute Suzana Radanovic, she will testify tomorrow in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH as a witness-injured party in the said case.

In this case, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is actively taking actions aimed at obtaining evidence in several segments, in order to reveal all the omissions that led to the ineffective investigation into the David Dragicevic’s death, regarding the Constitutional Court of BiH also rendered a decision establishing that the constitutional right of the David Dragicevic’s parents to an effective investigation has been breached.

Intensive work on this case is continuing, more investigative actions are being taken, and the results of the undertaken activities will be visible to the public in the coming period.
