The World Vision organization and UNICEF opened today in the premises of the Association “A better tomorrow” (Elementary school Solina) the “Children’s corner”- a space with the objective to help overcome the consequences of floods and landslides through various creative and educative contents.
The “Children’s corner” is a symbolic title for a space totally adapted to kids, their rights and needs.
“These rooms are a safe environment for the kids, they represent a support in the process of recovering from the tragedies caused by floods and landslides.” – said for the Fena Agency the coordinator of the “Children’s corner” Nela Bašić.

Bašić emphasized that in every of these corners there is a qualified staff organizing creative educative and sports acitivities.
So far, the World Vision in cooperation with UNICEF and other partners across B&H opened 19 corners for kids and will continue to do so in the whole country until the start of this school year.
