The choice for three judges of the FBiH Constitutional Court is in the final stage.

The FBiH President Živko Budimir announced today in Sarajevo that the shortlisted candidates are Dragica Dragica Dragičević, Šahbaz Džihanović and Mladen Srdić, and that the list with names will soon be addressed to the House of Peoples in the FBiH Parliament.

Budimir, together with Vice-Presidents Mirsad Kebo and Svetozar Pudarić held final consultations on the proposed candidates for the three judges of this court.

The FBiH Constitutional Court, according to the Constitution, has nine judges. Currently there are five active members who reach every agreement with a consensus.

The last member who is leaving his seat is Faris Vehabović. He will take the place of judge at the European Court for Human Rights.

Currently the Court is composed of President Kata Senjak, Vice-President Aleksandra Martinović and judges Ranka Cvijić, Domin Malbašić and Sead Bahtijarević.
