After the successfully implemented project in August, the Canton Sarajevo (CS) Tourist Association and Cooking Academia Sarajevo by Nermin Hodzic continue their collaboration and gastronomic story, but this time in a winter and holiday spirit, under the name ”Winter Flavors of Sarajevo”.

The goal of the ”Winter Flavors of Sarajevo” project is to introduce all visitors to the rich gastronomic offer of the city of Sarajevo.

Professional chefs under the leadership of chef Nermin Hodzic prepared over 4.000 savory and sweet dishes, which they distributed to tourists, visitors, and citizens of Sarajevo completely free of charge.

The most delicious food, enticing smells, festive atmosphere, and excellent service from professional chefs gathered a crowd of interested people who patiently waited in lines to taste the most delicious dishes from Sarajevo’s rich gastronomic offer.

The organizers also distributed bilingual brochures that contain detailed recipes and explanations on how to prepare dishes so that all visitors have the opportunity to take part in the tradition in their warm homes, Klix.ba reports.
