Yesterday, an incident took place on Sarajevo’s promenade in which, according to unofficial information, 16 shots were fired. Aldin Sirbubalo, one of the witnesses, told what happened.

“I am in shock. I went to the mosque when I heard bursts. I thought it was firecrackers. However, when I left the mosque, I saw people running and I ran because I thought my mother had been killed. At that moment, there were many citizens on Vilsonovo Setaliste, as well as children,” said Sirbubalo.

“I heard multiple bursts, shots… I don’t remember anything like this happening, and I am 22 years old,” the witness added.

The police were on the ground and investigating, and more information will be known after the end of the investigation.

Around 4:50 p.m., a firearm was used in Vilsonovo Setaliste,Centar municipality area. As Mersiha Novalic, spokeswoman for the Canton Sarajevo (CS) Ministry of Internal Affairs, confirmed, one person was killed.

As it was unofficially found out, Anel Krso (born in 1985) was killed, and Nihad Sarajkic (born in 1992) shot him, Klix.ba writes.
