The coach of Slovakia Jan Kozak praised the B&H football team before the qualifying matches for the World Cup in Brazil.
At yesterday’s gathering and the first training Kozak could count on 21 of the 23 invited players. Vladimir Weiss from Greece’s Olympiakos and Erik Jendrisek from Energie Cottbus will join later after the end of their club commitments.
Kozak said that he still does not know the initial composition of his team that would run out on the pitch of Bilino Polje on Friday, because some players have arrived with minor injuries.
“Škrtel and Hamšik have some minor injuries, but I believe that they will play on Friday’’, said the coach of the Slovakian football team.
‘’We are playing matches with a team that is among the 10 best in Europe, with many quality players. I still have some concerns when it comes to composition’’, said Kozak.
On the other hand, coach of B&H Safet Sušić does not have any major problems when it comes to injuries. In addition to Ervin Zukanović, who was previously unavailable due to injury, Sušić can count on the best B&H players.
The first game will be played on Friday at Bilino Polje, while the return match will be played on 10 September in Žilina.
