Collective Agreement Signed Yesterday

POTPISANE IZMJENE KOLEKTIVNOG UGOVORA ZA SLUŽBENIKE ORGANA UPRAVE I SUDSKE VLASTI U FBiHYesterday at the FB&H government in Sarajevo, with the participation of the Prime Minister of the FB&H Nermin Nikšić, a collective agreement was signed on amendments to the collective agreement for employment of administrative bodies and judicial authorities in the FB&H.

The FB&H Minister of Justice Zoran Mikulić, President of the Independent Union of Civil Servants of Administrative Bodies Salih Kruščica and the authorized representatives of the governments of the cantons of Una-Sana, Zenica-Doboj, Central Bosnia and Sarajevo on behalf of the FB&H government signed the signature on this document. It is expected that the president of the Herzegovina-Neretva canton will also sign, who was unable to attend the signing today, after which the changes in the collective agreement will be published in the FB&H official journal.

The collective agreement will contribute to the stability of the FB&H and canton budgets in the next two years, which is the duration of the validity of the agreement. On one of the changes to the collective agreement, the reimbursement for warm meals was reduced from two to one percent of the average salary in the FB&H for judicial authorities and administrative authorities according to the latest published statistics.

The salary compensation for annual vacation is limited to 50 percent of the average wage in the FB&H for the past three months before the adoption of the decision.
